Logan Outdoor Advertising, Inc. is part of a third generation family-owned business group known as Logan Companies, with offices in Florida and Colorado. Logan family principals have been associated with a wide variety of successful projects throughout the State of Florida since 1914. Although they are best known for their general contracting abilities and development and ownership of retail, commercial, and industrial properties, the first outdoor advertising structures appeared in 1984 as a part of the company's initial offering of outdoor advertising services. Logan Outdoor Advertising, Inc. headquarters are based in Tampa, Florida.

Future plans for growth include continued expansion in Florida and the southeastern states. Locations are added by building new and prudent acquisition. Company principals retain the same conservative family business philosophy of controlled growth through internal generation without excessive dependence on outside capital sources.
